This King-sized Textured blanket has been built from the best Australian Merino with eight ends, colours shifting and changing throughout the knit. The surface is dense, sculptural, an heirloom weight that feels closer to tapestry than textile.
Every choice is made by hand, from the pauses to the ties, the movements of colour making it impossible to repeat. Over 3.5 kilos of Merino held in one object, lush in presence and feel.
Edges are hand-finished, the label stitched in Central Victoria with Australian cotton. Nothing outsourced, nothing hurried. Made once, and never again.
The Orchard: Colours sweep from green into earthy brown, touched with purple, open into a full body of orange over soft browns, and finish in pale lavender with sparks of fluorescent orange.
