LEAD TIME UPDATE: at present, most blankets are knitted on a made to order basis, with 3-7 business days required for production.
CURIO currently offers complimentary shipping Australia-wide (2-4 business days), as well as international shipping to the following regions (shipping cost calculated at checkout):
New Zealand: 3-6 business days
Europe (incl. Norway & Switzerland): 6-12 business days*
USA & Canada: 6-12 business days*

Please kindly note that international orders, depending on the delivery location, may incur additional fees and duties, and that it is the responsibility of the customer to adhere to payment of any custom duties, taxes or additional fees.
Further information on import tax & duties can be found via your region’s customs office and is encouraged to be considered prior to placing your order.

Should you encounter any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us via email email@example.com and provide a brief description of your order fault so that we may provide precise assistance.
We gladly accept returns on unused items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please ensure you include your order number and the email address used to place the order when requesting your return.
Items must be in original condition, unused, and include original packaging & proof of purchase. Once we have received your items and the refund has been processed, the order amount will be refunded via the payment method used to place the order (excluding shipping costs associated with the return).
Depending on the method of payment, refunds may take up to five business days from the time of confirmation to reach your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and welcome you to contact us during the return process should you require further assistance.
Please kindly note that we do not offer refunds on any discounted items, including promotional.
We recommend using a tracked shipping option with all return items, as CURIO is not responsible for parcel loss mail carriers.
