• Custom orders are not eligible for returns/refunds or exchanges so please ensure you are satisfied with your selection.

• Due to costs, we are unable to provide a knitted sample before proceeding with your order. We are happy to provide more photo examples of colour swatches if needed. 

• Upon confirmation of order details, there is a non refundable deposit of 30% required to secure your order.
